Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Vancouver Island from Victoria to Campbell River. If you're based somewhere else on the island, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

How often do you deliver?

We work out a delivery schedule based on your unique needs.

What products and equipment do you supply?

We offer coffee (pods, beans, whatever you need...), tea, stir sticks, sugar, cream and other break room staples. We sell and rent coffee makers of all kinds. Most water coolers we supply are plumbed in but we also provide water cooler bottles.

What happens if the coffee equipment breaks down?

We repair any equipment we supply. If something goes wrong we’ll fix it or replace it.

What type of contracts do you offer?

We don't have long-term contracts. We set up service agreements outlining ownership of equipment.

How do I find out more and get started?

Give us a call to set up an initial in-person visit where we'll assess your needs and talk about options. We'll explain our service agreements. You won't be asked to sign a long term contract. You'll get free samples so you can see what you like best.

Do you install plumbed-in coffee machines and water coolers?

Yes. We run water lines as needed. (We don't run lines through walls)

What's the process for ordering more supplies?

We check what you need when we visit and restock automatically. You can also email us an order. We offer simple invoicing and payment through Square.

Do you offer coffee machine cleaning and maintenance?

Yes. When we visit your premises we clean and check the equipment. Descaling is done when needed. We don't offer daily cleaning.

How does your pricing compare with big suppliers?

Our pricing is competitive. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Do your water coolers use bottles?

For some locations, bottles are best, but generally water coolers are plumbed in (which includes filtration).
